Course 1: Conflict Management Training - Prevent Conflict Before It Starts 

Learn practical, real-world skills rooted in the Vistelar Methodology, a proven approach to managing conflict through non-escalation, de-escalation, and trauma-informed communication. This training is especially relevant for staff working in high-stress healthcare environments.
