Are you ready to take your training skills to the next level? The Mobile Device Train-the-Trainer program is designed for experienced leaders who will be responsible for preparing and guiding Super Users in the field.
As a Train-the-Trainer participant, you'll gain the tools, techniques, and confidence to teach Super Users how to deliver hands-on training, model workflows, and support their teams using the new mobile communication platform.
What You’ll Learn:

How to train and coach Super Users to lead mobile enablement sessions.

How to model the full security workflow using Officer Mobile, Dispatch, and Resolver Core

Best practices for equipping Super Users to provide frontline support at their sites

Adult learning techniques and facilitation strategies for effective peer-to-peer training

Troubleshooting common issues and building confidence across all roles

- Regional and ASP Training Manager
- Security Leadership tasked with deploying mobile device training
- Individuals responsible for onboarding or mentoring Super Users
Pre-Requisite: Familiarity with Officer Mobile, Dispatch, and Resolver Core is recommended.
Mobile Device Super User (Richmond Only)

																										The Mobile Security Super User program is designed specifically for supervisory team members who are ready to train, mentor, and lead security professionals in the effective use of our new communication platform.
As a Super User, you will play a key role in strengthening your team by providing hands-on guidance and real-time support with our mobile security tools.
What You’ll Learn:
- Lead on-site enablement for security personnel and SOC dispatch
- Model the complete workflow using real-time dispatch, Officer Mobile, and Resolver Core
- Serve as the first line of support for your site
- Use Officer Mobile, Dispatch, and Resolver Core confidently in daily operations
Who Should Attend:
- Supervisors
- Assistant Managers
- Security Managers
- Any team member in a supervisory or leadership role
Pre-Requisite: None – just bring your leadership mindset and willingness to learn.
Conflict Management Instructor Recertification 8-hr (LA County)

Address the entire spectrum of human conflict — before it escalates.
This 8-hour refresher course is designed for previously certified trainers to reinforce and sharpen their conflict management skills. Based on the proven Vistelar Methodology, this session empowers participants to continue leading effective, compassionate responses to conflict within their teams—ranging from verbal disagreements to physical aggression.
Certification Scope: Upon successful completion, participants will be certified to conduct drills, hip pocket trainings, huddles, and skills labs. This certification enables trainers to reinforce learning through hands-on practice and real-time coaching within their departments.
What You’ll Learn: • The full spectrum of non-escalation and de-escalation techniques • Trauma-informed communication rooted in empathy and patient-centered care • Mental and physical pre-encounter preparation for high-stress situations • How to reduce the risk of harm to both patients and staff during moments of escalation • Instructional strategies to teach these skills effectively to others in your department
