You’ll gain a strong foundation in healthcare-specific protocols, emergency response procedures, and the unique expectations of operating in a patient-centered environment.

• Your role as a first responder to high-level threats (e.g., Code Silver: weapon involvement)      
• Managing and reporting criminal activity in healthcare settings      
• Effective patrol procedures for exterior areas such as parking structures and emergency department perimeters      
• Understanding the healthcare environment, including patient safety, confidentiality, and staff collaboration      
• Emergency management and coordination with clinical teams
