CORE Electronic Form Training – Incident Reporting Alignment

Mandatory Training for All Staff Using Computers or Devices for Incident Reporting

This course is designed to align all staff with National Security Services' new standards and expectations for digital incident reporting. Participants will learn how to properly document events, navigate the new CORE system, and understand their role in incident management.

• Understanding new category classifications      
• CORE system navigation and functionality      
• Proper report standards and formatting expectations      
• Your role in the incident review and management process

Important Notes:

• Please use each employee’s email address during registration to ensure they receive all necessary training communications.

o   SOC team member and data-entry roles: must be registered for the Core Electronic Form session.

o   Trainer roles: can be scheduled for same class as Officers for now. Will be scheduled for Train-the-Trainer sessions in a date to be determined and coordinated by the national training team.

o   Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors: any roles that will be reviewing and approving incident reports must be registered for the Core Electronic Form class.

o   Officers and other roles: must be registered for the Core Electronic Form training session if they utilize a computer or device for Incident Reporting. Even if your Officers don’t currently produce incident reports, they must understand the categories and processes as part of operations.
