Are you ready to take your training skills to the next level? The Mobile Device Train-the-Trainer program is designed for experienced leaders who will be responsible for preparing and guiding Super Users in the field.

As a Train-the-Trainer participant, you'll gain the tools, techniques, and confidence to teach Super Users how to deliver hands-on training, model workflows, and support their teams using the new mobile communication platform.

• How to train and coach Super Users to lead mobile enablement sessions.

• How to model the full security workflow using Officer Mobile, Dispatch, and Resolver Core

• Best practices for equipping Super Users to provide frontline support at their sites

• Adult learning techniques and facilitation strategies for effective peer-to-peer training

• Troubleshooting common issues and building confidence across all roles

• Regional and ASP Training Manager
