This version focuses on the role of Healthcare Emergency Department Specialists and the interactions they encounter in their daily work.

Who should attend: Healthcare ED Specialists, Flex Officers, and Supervisors.

Pre-Requisite: For this class - Attendees must have completed the 8-hour Basic Vistelar class within 30 days prior to this class.
