																										FRO – Biological Response Training
Equipping Security Teams to Respond Safely and Effectively in Biological Emergencies
This specialized course is designed to prepare First Responder Operators (FRO) to manage biological emergencies with confidence, competence, and care. Attendees will gain critical knowledge and practical skills for using and managing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), understanding their role during high-stress events, and ensuring safety for themselves and others.
Course Topics Include:
- Emergency Management & Response Protocols
- Access, Crowd, and Traffic Control
- Our Role in an Emergency
- R.A.I.N. Concept (Recognize, Avoid, Isolate, Notify)
- Hand Hygiene Standards
- Proper Donning and Doffing of PPE
This training directly supports BCI’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and responsible intervention. All attendees will leave better equipped to protect themselves, patients, and the community in emergency biological scenarios.

																										The Vistelar methodology focuses first on “non-escalation” with foundational teaching elements grounded in empathy and trauma informed principles, putting patient care at the center to improve everyday interactions before they escalate. The training also focuses on mental and physical pre-encounter preparation steps that are proven to help reduce the opportunities for patient or staff harm during response to moments of escalation or aggression.
Who should attend: All security staff, Emergency Department staff, Behavior Health staff, and Urgent care staff.

As a Super User, you will play a key role in strengthening your team by providing hands-on guidance and real-time support with our mobile security tools.
What You’ll Learn:
- Lead on-site enablement for security personnel and SOC dispatch
- Model the complete workflow using real-time dispatch, Officer Mobile, and Resolver Core
- Serve as the first line of support for your site
- Use Officer Mobile, Dispatch, and Resolver Core confidently in daily operations
