Attendees will gain critical knowledge and practical skills for using and managing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), understanding their role during high-stress events, and ensuring safety for themselves and others.

• Emergency Management & Response Protocols
• Access, Crowd, and Traffic Control
• Our Role in an Emergency
• R.A.I.N. Concept (Recognize, Avoid, Isolate, Notify)
• Hand Hygiene Standards
• Proper Donning and Doffing of PPE
