Designed to teach First Responders Operators (FRO) how to handle COVID or other contagious patients to prevent contamination, and how to properly use and manage Personal Protective equipment (PPE). Who should attend: All security staff Pre-Requisite: None

The training also focuses on mental and physical pre-encounter preparation steps that are proven to help reduce the opportunities for patient or staff harm during response to moments of escalation or aggression.
