Based on the proven Vistelar Methodology, this session empowers participants to continue leading effective, compassionate responses to conflict within their teams—ranging from verbal disagreements to physical aggression.
Certification Scope: Upon successful completion, participants will be certified to conduct drills, hip pocket trainings, huddles, and skills labs. This certification enables trainers to reinforce learning through hands-on practice and real-time coaching within their departments.

The Passive Weapons Detection System from Athena is the latest addition to the Prohibited Items Detection Program, with state-of-the-art detection technology that aids officers with minimal impact for visitors, patients, and staff entering the Emergency Department. The training is designed to prepare security staff with best practice guidance for the passive weapons detection system, screening with a hand-held metal detector and visual search.
