What to Expect

  • A series of physical tasks designed to measure strength, endurance, and mobility.
  • Testing will take approximately 30–45 minutes.
  • Please arrive in appropriate athletic clothing and footwear

Preparation Tips

  • Stay hydrated and get adequate rest before the test.
  • Review the test requirements in advance to ensure readiness.
