Based on the proven Vistelar Methodology, this training empowers participants to effectively identify, prevent, and mitigate all types of conflict — from verbal disagreements to physical aggression.

Certification Scope: Upon successful completion, participants will be certified to conduct drills, hip pocket trainings, huddles, and skills labs. This certification enables trainers to reinforce learning through hands-on practice and real-time coaching within their departments.
