We will be hosting a Physical Ability Test (PAT) to ensure Healthcare Protection Officer employees meet the required standards for duty readiness.

What to Expect

• A series of physical tasks designed to measure strength, endurance, and mobility.
• Testing will take approximately 30–45 minutes.
• Please arrive in appropriate athletic clothing and footwear

• Stay hydrated and get adequate rest before the test.
• Review the test requirements in advance to ensure readiness.

Who Should Attend: HPO employees are due for their annual PAT test.

Designed to prepare new security team members of the Kaiser Permanente contract on what it means to be a healthcare security professional, the healthcare environment and emergency management.

Who should attend: All security staff.
