The Passive Weapons Detection System from Athena is the latest addition to the Prohibited Items Detection Program, with state-of-the-art detection technology that aids officers with minimal impact for visitors, patients, and staff entering the Emergency Department. The training is designed to prepare security staff with best practice guidance for the passive weapons detection system, screening with a hand-held metal detector and visual search.

Who should attend: Security managers, Assistant security managers, and Supervisors (assigned by the site security manager).
